Mosaic is a project-based integrated humanities program for highly creative high school juniors and seniors. Position will be co-facilitating two two-hour block classes as a member of a highly collaborative team.

Minimum Qualifications:
Seeking highly creative and socially conscious early career (0-5 years of experience) educator holding high school teaching license in Integrated English/Language Arts. Candidate must have excellent ability to connect with teenagers and a progressive educational philosophy. The following characteristics are essential: a collaborative nature, intellectual curiosity, deep commitment to personal growth, interest in the arts and/or cross-cultural learning, excellent writing skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Responsibilities include collaborating on project design and implementation, coaching students on group and individual projects, evaluating student work (especially written work), cultivating community partnerships, and promoting Mosaic to potential students and parents.

Salary:
