We require a teacher who is a guide, a resource, and a facilitator to be an active participant in each student’s learning process. BA or BS required.

Candidates must possess:

a love of working and playing with children
experience teaching literacy and mathematics in a multiage setting
keen observation skills
knowledge of child development
a reverence for nature
an understanding that children are capable
a desire to collaborate with a team of dynamic teachers

Experience with Project Based Learning, Science Based/Systematic Reading Instruction and Compassionate Communication preferred. Teacher Certification Preferred.
